Zentokukai Comprehensive Training DVD
The "Official" Zentokukai Comprehensive Training DVD" is for internal use to provide Zentokukai members (Senseis an students) with a visual guide to supplement the printed training documentation.

This project encapsulates years of research, blood, sweat, tears, and many bruises. It is only available to Zentokukai members. The Zentokukai training curriculum, has been designed by the tireless efforts of many in order to "clear the classical mess", and to re-organize, re-word, and re-package the secrets, and knowledge inherent to Karate, into an easier-to-learn and comprehensible curriculum, which does not require an act of blind faith on anyones part.

Contents
This DVD covers everything in the comprehensive training manual including warmups, basics 1&2, energy exercises, Tuite Kata, and Seisan Kata Bunkai. There are detailed explanations, and plenty of demonstrations to allow anyone at any level of skill to gain a better understanding of what it is all about.

All proceeds of the DVD will go straight back into the Association. This DVD was produced by Sensei Lemus with the help of his students in Los Angeles, California in 2003. There are plans on making other DVDs in the future to cover all Katas, supplementary material, and event coverage.
